Job summary

Belle Tire in Vernon Hills, IL is seeking a Tire Technician to install, rotate, balance, and repair tires, and perform related automotive service tasks in a fast-paced, safety-focused store environment. You will explain tire options to customers, maintain a clean work area, and help ensure high-quality service across our network of 180+ locations across Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Illinois.

Eligible candidates will have a valid driver's license, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude required.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure work meets Belle Tire's safety and quality standards; clean hubs and wheels for corrosion.
• Explain tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs to customers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
