You will engage customers by explaining tire options and maintenance needs and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a valid driver's license and a passion for automotive work; prior tire or repair experience is preferred. This position is full-time in a retail store setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Mechanical aptitude is required for tire service work.
• Experience with tire services or automotive repair is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high quality and safety standards.
• Explain tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs to customers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
