Job summary

Belle Tire is seeking a Tire Technician to perform tire installation, maintenance, repairs, and rotations in a fast-paced, customer-focused store environment.

Role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to stand and lift up to 75 pounds; prior tire service or automotive repair experience is preferred. Flexible, team-based shop culture with opportunities for ASE training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older
• Valid driver's license
• Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude in a fast-paced setting
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior tire service or automotive repair experience preferred
• Ability to stand long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire quality and safety standards (e.g., cleaning hubs and wheels)
• Explain tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs to customers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
