Belle Tire is looking for a Tire Technician to install, rotate, balance, and repair tires while upholding safety and quality standards. You will explain options to customers and ensure repairs meet high standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a valid driver's license, strong attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. Prior tire service experience is a plus; full-time, on-site work with competitive hourly pay.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager
