Job summary

Belle Tire is seeking a Tire Technician to provide expert tire services, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and rotations, in a fast-paced, team-oriented store focused on safety and quality.

You will explain tire options and maintenance needs to customers, keep a clean and safe work area, and contribute to our service-first culture. The position offers pay between $15 and $17.50 per hour, with potential for growth across Michigan locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude for fast-paced environment.
• Customer-first mindset and safety-conscious approach.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure work meets Belle Tire's safety and quality standards; clean hubs and wheels.
• Explain tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs to customers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
