Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire safety and quality standards; clean hubs and wheels to prevent corrosion
• Explain tire options and needed maintenance to customers to ensure informed decisions
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Handle other duties as assigned by management
