Job summary

Les Schwab is hiring for a Sales & Service tire installation, maintenance and sales role. The position involves sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, delivering excellent customer service and following company policies and the Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining tires and wheels, repairing, rotating, and inflating tires, attaching and rebalancing wheels, TPMS calibration, washing tires, testing batteries, using equipment, and supporting teammates

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires

• using and maintenance of equipment
• assisting other employees

Pay and Benefits

$16.50 - $28.00 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
