Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Fairmont, West Virginia, is seeking a Sales & Service associate for tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will provide excellent customer service and perform tire/Wheel services in compliance with company policies.

The role includes mounting, balancing, TPMS calibration, battery tests, and assisting teammates. Training is on the job, with opportunities for growth and a focus on delivering Best Tire Value to customers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintenance of equipment.
