PAPE’ MATERIAL HANDLING, INC. – FREMONT, CA is seeking a Tire Technician to mount and press tires on lift trucks, man lifts and skid steers. The role involves traveling to customer sites in a company vehicle and delivering reliable service in the field.

Two years of tire pressing experience and a mechanical aptitude are preferred; a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 75 lbs, and forklift operation training are required. Benefits and growth opportunities are offered by the employer.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our Tire Technician, you will be responsible for pressing and mounting tires on lift trucks, man lifts and skid steers, and any other related tire work.

Your work will primarily be in the field, so every day, picture yourself traveling the area in a fully loaded Pape’ service vehicle, performing top-notch work on equipment, interacting with customers, and knowing that they can count on you to get the job done right.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Two years of tire pressing experience and a mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Driver’s license with a good driving record and the ability to drive a bobtail truck.
• Ability to frequently lift and move at least 75 lbs unassisted.
• Ability to drive a 24ft box van.
• Ability to pick orders and manage inventory.

Compensation: $24-36/hr (Depending on Experience)
