Job summary

Pape Material Handling in Wenatchee is seeking a Tire Technician/ Warehouse Person to join our team. You will perform entry-level warehouse duties, process orders, ship/receive parts, and handle tire pressing on cushion and solid pneumatic tires.

Ideal candidates are assertive, a self-starter, and able to work without direct supervision, with a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. We offer training, competitive pay based on experience, comprehensive benefits, and growth

Qualifications

• Experience with forklift operation is preferred but training can be provided.
• Tire pressing experience is a plus, and we will train the right person.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and handle shipping/receiving parts.
• Process stock orders and perform general warehouse cleanup and maintenance.
• Press tires and perform related tire work (cushion and solid pneumatic).
• Operate forklift or be able to be trained to operate it.

TIRE TECHNICIAN / WAREHOUSE PERSON:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

In this role, you will perform entry-level warehouse duties including processing customer orders, shipping and receiving parts, processing stock orders, and general warehouse clean up and maintenance. You will also press lift truck tires, both cushion, and solid pneumatic, and perform any related tire work.

To thrive in this role, you will need to be assertive, a self-starter, and able to work without direct supervision.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Familiarity with the operation of a lift truck.
• Tire pressing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
• Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 75lbs.
• Ability to operate a forklift. (Training is available)

Compensation: $20-28/hr (Depending on Experience)
