Les Schwab Tire Centers in Lacey, WA, is seeking a Sales & Service associate to handle tire installation, maintenance, and tire-related services while delivering exceptional customer service. You will perform rotations, balancing, TPMS work, and on-vehicle service to ensure high-quality results.

This full-time role involves operating shop equipment, test driving vehicles, and supporting team members in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
