Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Idaho's Eagle area seeks a Sales & Service technician responsible for tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will install and rotate tires, balance wheels, test TPMS, and assist customers with our value-driven service approach.

This role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 35–75 pounds regularly. The position offers on-the-job training, a full-time schedule, and benefits after eligibility.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
