Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Perris, CA is seeking a Sales & Service associate for tire installation, maintenance, and sales. You will deliver exceptional customer service while performing tire and wheel installation, maintenance, rotation, and TPMS calibration.

Role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 35–75 pounds, and comfort in a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly pay, quarterly bonus, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license required.
Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds.
Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and standing.

Responsibilities

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
Attaching, rebalancing wheels.
Installing/relearning/calibrating TPMS.
Washing tires and wheels.
Testing and installing batteries.
Using and maintaining equipment.
Assisting other employees.
Test driving vehicles.
Operating service vehicles for offsite/emergency road service.
Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
