Les Schwab Tire Center is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance and sales. The position delivers exceptional customer service, performs tire and wheel work, and supports on-site operations following company policies and Code of Conduct.

You will install/rebuild and calibrate TPMS, rotate and balance tires, and assist teammates while driving service vehicles for offsite needs. The job emphasizes safety, efficiency, and reliable customer care.

Qualifications

• Valid driver�s license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; bending, kneeling and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels; TPMS calibration and relearning.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite/emergency work.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
