• Take ownership of tire removal and replacement for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Maintain store facility, including general housekeeping duties.
• Move and lift 75+ pounds; work in varied temperatures.
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction per company policies.
• Work a rotating schedule with day and night shifts.
• Obtain a medical card through the DOT (paid by Love's).
