Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety policies.
• Willingness to learn tire repair procedures and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sale, removal, and replacement for commercial vehicles in shop or roadside service.
• Maintain store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Lift 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures as needed.
• Follow safety policies to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
• Work a rotating day/night schedule as needed.
• Possess ability to obtain a medical card through DOT (paid by Love’s).
