Les Schwab Tire Centers of Nevada, LLC Legal Entity is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance, and sales. The position emphasizes excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and conduct.

The role covers installation, maintenance, repair, rotation, and service of tires and wheels, including TPMS calibration and emergency road service. Training is provided on the job in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds and regular bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels, including repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attach, rebalance wheels, and service TPMS calibration/relearning.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road service.
• Promote store sales and deliver excellent customer service according to policy.

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services. Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Qualifications

Pay and Benefits

$14.85 - $24.50 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
