Job summary

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking a Tire Technician to service tires for customers and drivers in a fast-paced store environment. You will interact with customers and drivers, learn tire removal and replacement, and assist with shop and roadside services.

No experience is required as Love's will provide on-the-job training. You may work a rotating day/night schedule and must be able to lift 75+ pounds in varying temperatures while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
