Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians for a fast-paced environment where you’ll interact with customers and drivers, assisting with tire sales, installation, and roadside service. No experience? No problem—we will teach you and help you grow with a winning team.

You may be required to move and lift 75+ pounds, work rotating day/night shifts, and adhere to safety policies. Love’s offers tuition assistance, PTO, 401(k) match, and insurance after 30 days.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to interact with customers & drivers in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to move and lift 75+ pounds and work in variable temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of sale, removal, and replacement of tires for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Repair and maintain store equipment and perform general housekeeping.
• Move and lift heavy objects (75+ pounds) and work in close quarters and varying temperatures.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction by following safety policies and procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that includes day and night shifts as needed.
• Possess ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).
