Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores is hiring Tire Technicians to work in a fast-paced environment, servicing tires for customers and drivers across our shop and roadside operations. No experience is required, as training is provided to get you started.

You’ll perform tire removal and installation, maintain shop cleanliness, and follow safety policies while delivering friendly, professional service. Rotating day and night shifts may apply, with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Hands-on tire service including removal and installation of tires on various vehicles.
• Ability to interact with customers and drivers to address needs and questions.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of shop facilities and equipment.
• Maintain physical stamina to lift and move tires up to 75+ pounds.
• DOT medical card may be required and will be paid by Love’s.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sale, removal, and replacement for shop and roadside service.
• Maintain store facilities and equipment, performing housekeeping duties as needed.
• Move and lift tires and equipment up to 75+ pounds in varying temperatures.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures for customer and team safety.
• Work rotating day/night shifts as required.
• Assist with obtaining a DOT medical card (paid by Love’s).
