Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores is hiring Tire Technicians to service tires for store customers and drivers, in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided for those with no prior experience, and teammates interact with customers and drivers to make travel easier.

You'll work in a shop or roadside setting, handle lifting up to 75 pounds, and follow safety procedures. A rotating day/night schedule and opportunities for growth are offered here.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Move and lift 75+ pounds in close quarters; work in varied temperatures.
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction per company safety policies and procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).
