Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is seeking tire technicians to perform tire removal, replacement, and related services for commercial vehicles in a fast-paced environment. You will interact with customers and drivers, with on-the-job training provided if you have no prior experience.

The role requires the ability to lift 75+ pounds, work in varying temperatures, and comply with safety policies. A DOT medical card is possible and may be funded by Love’s as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
