Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores is seeking Tire Technicians to service tires for customers and drivers across shop and roadside settings. Training is provided for those new to the role, with an emphasis on safety and customer service.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 75+ pounds, and you may rotate between day and night shifts. A DOT medical card is required and funded by Love’s.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Physically able to lift 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Must be able to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (DOT) (paid by Love’s).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires for both shop and roadside service, including commercial vehicles.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility, including basic housekeeping duties.
• Move, lift 75+ pounds, and work in close quarters; adapt to varying temperatures.
• Always prioritize customer safety and satisfaction while following company safety policies and procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that includes day and night shifts as needed.
• Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (DOT), paid by Love’s.
