Love's Travel Stops is currently hiring Tire Technicians to work in a fast-paced environment helping customers and drivers with tire sales, removal and replacement for a variety of vehicles. Training is provided for those without experience.

The role offers a pay range of $15.00–$21.00 per hour, with company-paid tuition assistance and benefits after 30 days, plus a 401(k) match and paid time off. A rotating day/night schedule may apply.

Qualifications

• Take ownership of tire sale, removal and replacement for tires up to commercial vehicles.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and store facility maintenance.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
