No prior experience is required; Love's will teach you. You will interact with customers at the point of sale and perform tire-related services while upholding safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• No prior tire service experience required; training provided.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and drivers.
• Safety-first attitude and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires for various vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Move and lift 75+ pounds; work in varied temperatures.
• Maintain store facility and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
• Follow rotating day/night schedules as needed.
• Possess ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love's).
