Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a Tire Technician to join a results-focused team that delivers fast, accurate, elite service to customers and colleagues.

You will mount, dismount, balance, rotate tires, repair flats, test TPMS, perform oil changes, inspect vehicles, stock parts, and help maintain a safe, clean shop; weekends required.

Advancement into light mechanical work and paths to roles like Mechanic or Service Advisor are available with strong performance.

Qualifications

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and eager to grow.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and work on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to spec.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service.
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services (brakes, suspension, alignments) as skills and experience allow.
