Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is hiring a Tire Technician to join a performance-driven team dedicated to fast, accurate service. You will mount, balance, rotate tires, perform oil changes, and assist with TPMS, batteries, and inspections.

We offer an hourly wage with commission and overtime, plus paid vacation, insurance options, a 401(k), and opportunities for growth into mechanic or management roles as you prove your skills.

Qualifications

• Automotive service or tire/lube experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and eager to grow.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to spec.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service.
• Progress into light mechanical services as skills grow.
