Big Brand Tire & Service in Glendale, AZ is hiring a Tire Technician to mount, balance, rotate tires, and perform oil changes while upholding safety and accuracy. You’ll inspect issues, service TPMS, and assist with batteries, with opportunities to grow into light mechanical tasks as skills develop.

The role emphasizes reliability, customer service, and a strong work ethic, with potential advancement into additional service roles within a results-driven team.

Qualifications

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and eager to grow.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and work on your feet.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, since that’s when our guests rely on us most.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to spec.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service.
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services as skills and experience allow.
