Job summary

Burt Brothers Tire & Auto in American Fork, Utah is seeking a Tire Technician to join a results-focused, performance-driven team. You will mount, dismount, balance tires, perform oil changes, inspect and document issues, and support the shop with safety and cleanliness.

A strong team attitude, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift 70 lbs are required; weekend availability is a plus. The role offers a competitive hourly rate with overtime opportunities and room for career progression into

Qualifications

Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred.
Strong work ethic and team-first attitude.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Physically able to lift 70 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
Repair flats and inflate to spec.
Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
Perform oil changes and replace filters.
Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
Test and install batteries.
Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service.
Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services (brakes, suspension, alignments) as skills and experience allow.
