Burt Brothers is seeking a Tire Technician to join a results-focused, performance-driven team that delivers an exceptional customer experience. You will contribute to fast, accurate, elite service and have opportunities to learn and progress into light mechanical tasks as you gain experience.

The role offers an hourly wage with commission, overtime opportunities, and a benefits package that includes health plans and a 401(k) with company match. Weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in tire/lube or automotive service is preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliability with a team-first attitude.
• Safety-minded and detail-oriented with a desire to grow.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to spec.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service.
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services as skills grow.
