Job summary

Belle Tire in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Tire Technician to install, balance, rotate, and repair tires, and to deliver quality service in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

You will work in a tire and automotive service store with varying hours Monday through Saturday, potential overtime. We offer comprehensive benefits, paid training, ASE certification reimbursement, and career growth opportunities at a growing company; pay is $15 to $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Holds valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
