Belle Tire is seeking a Tire Technician to perform tire installation, maintenance, repairs, and rotations in a fast-paced, team-oriented store setting. You will explain tire options and maintenance needs while upholding safety and quality standards, with a focus on exceptional customer service.

This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 75 pounds, and aligning with Belle Tire's commitment to reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 18 years of age, valid driver's license, attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure work meets Belle Tire's safety and quality standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion.
• Explain tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs to customers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
