Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-first mindset and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure work meets high quality and safety standards including cleaning hubs and wheels.
• Explain tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs to customers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
