Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Ellensburg, WA seeks a Sales & Service associate to handle tire installation, maintenance and sales while delivering exceptional customer service. You will perform tire rotations, balances, TPMS calibration and related tasks according to company policies.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and readiness to assist customers on-site or via company-provided service vehicles. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 75 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintenance of equipment.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
