Job summary

DOBBS TIRE & AUTO CENTERS in Wisconsin is seeking a Tire Technician to join our team. You will mount, dismount, balance and rotate tires, inspect tires for damage, and assist with basic vehicle maintenance in a fast-paced shop.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid driver's license, with a detail-oriented, customer-focused mindset and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Mount & dismount tires; inspect damaged or flat tires to determine repair feasibility.
• Perform tire repairs, balancing, and rotation on a variety of vehicles.
• Conduct minor automotive maintenance including oil changes and lubrication.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Drive customer vehicles into and out of the service bay and provide shuttle service when needed.
• Receive, inventory, and properly store tires based on size and type; organize storage areas.
• Inspect tire casings and categorize them as reusable or scrap.
• Deliver tires to other service locations as needed and complete additional tasks as directed.
