Job summary

Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, is seeking a Tire Technician to join our service team. You will mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires; perform minor vehicle maintenance; and help keep the shop organized and safe while delivering premier service to guests.

Ideal candidates are detail oriented, reliable, customer-centric and able to work in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license are required.

Responsibilities

• Mount & dismount tires; inspect for repair feasibility.
• Balance and rotate tires on various vehicles.
• Assist with oil changes, lubrication, and accessory replacement.
• Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• Move customer vehicles in/out and provide shuttle when needed.
• Receive, inventory, and store tires by size/type.
• Inspect tire casings and classify as reusable or scrap.
• Deliver tires to other service locations and assist with tasks.
