Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferred: previous tire services or automotive repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
