Job summary

Dobbs Tire and Auto Centers is seeking a Tire Technician to mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires, while also performing basic vehicle maintenance. You will help with inventory, inspect tire casings, and keep the shop clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Automotive service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mount and dismount tires; inspect damaged tires to determine repair feasibility.
• Perform tire repairs, balancing, and rotation.
• Conduct minor automotive maintenance including oil changes.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Drive customer vehicles into/out of the service bay and provide shuttle service when needed.
• Receive, inventory, and store tires by size and type; organize storage areas accordingly.
• Inspect tire casings and categorize them as reusable or scrap.
• Deliver tires to other service locations and complete additional tasks as directed.
