Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Escalon, CA, is seeking a Sales & Service associate to perform tire installation, maintenance, and tire wheel sales, while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining tires and wheels, rotating and balancing tires, TPMS calibration, and testing vehicles. The role requires physical stamina and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.

• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds; bending, twisting, kneeling and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; rebalance wheels.
• Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS; test drive vehicles.
• Wash tires and wheels; test batteries and use shop equipment.
• Assist other employees and operate service vehicles for offsite or emergency road service.
• Promote store sales and engage customers using the Best Tire Value Promise.

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services. Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Experience:

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Pay and Benefits:

$16.50 - $26.45
