Job summary

Tire Discounters Inc in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an entry level Tire Technician to learn hands-on tire replacement, repair, and rotation for customer vehicles. You'll receive training to build skills for advanced roles.

You will operate tire machines, complete work orders, maintain the shop, assist customers, and provide outstanding service. This role offers competitive hourly pay and opportunities for overtime and commissions.

Your Role as an Entry Level Tire Technician:

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You’ll Do:

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.

Requirements

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.
• Effective Pay: $14.00–$16.00+ per hour
• Your effort pays off. Earn additional income through overtime and weekly commission opportunities.
