Job summary

Tire Discounters in Mason, OH is seeking an entry-level Tire Technician to join our family-owned automotive team. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires and gain hands-on training for future growth.

This role emphasizes safety, customer service, and teamwork; you will operate tire balancers and machines, complete work orders, and help keep the shop organized. Pay starts at $14–$16 per hour plus overtime and commission opportunities.

Your Role as an Entry Level Tire Technician:

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do:
