Les Schwab Tire Centers in Anaconda, MT is hiring for a Sales & Service position focused on tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will perform tire and wheel work, TPMS calibration, wheel balancing, and related services while delivering outstanding customer care.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift heavy loads, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. The position offers full-time hours with benefits starting after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting (35–75 pounds) and repetitive movement, bending, kneeling, and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels, repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach, rebalance wheels, and calibrate TPMS where needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promote store sales.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Test drive vehicles and assist other employees as needed.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
