Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Cheney, WA is seeking a Sales & Service Technician to perform tire installation, maintenance and sales, while delivering exceptional customer service in accordance with company policies.

You will install and balance tires, service TPMS, assist customers, and drive service vehicles for offsite work. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 35–75 pounds are required; on-the-job training is provided with eligibility for benefits after criteria are met.

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to frequently lift 35–75 pounds and perform bending, twisting and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels, including balancing and inflation.
• Repair, rotate and rebalance tires; service TPMS; wash tires and wheels.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
