Job summary

Les Schwab is seeking a Sales & Service associate in Butte, MT to install and service tires and wheels, perform rotations and TPMS recalibration, and assist customers with a focus on safety and value.

Employees will work in a fast-paced environment, lifting 35–75 pounds, and will participate in ongoing on-the-job training. This role includes customer service, store sales promotion, and potential offsite service requests.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds and staying active throughout shifts.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to operate service vehicles when required.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels, repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach, rebalance wheels and calibrate TPMS as needed.
• Test drive vehicles and assist with offsite or emergency road service.
• Promote store sales and provide excellent customer service according to policies.

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services. Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Pay and Benefits:

$14.85 - $24.50
