Job summary

Les Schwab is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance and sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will install and maintain tires and wheels, repair and rotate tires, and perform TPMS relearn/calibration while ensuring top-notch customer service and adherence to company policies.

The position emphasizes quick service delivery, safe lifting of up to 75 pounds, and frequent standing.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels; repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels; install/relearn TPMS calibrations.
• Wash tires and wheels; test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite/roadside service.

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services. Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Pay and Benefits:
