Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate in the United States. The role covers tire installation, maintenance, and sales, providing excellent customer service in line with company policies.

You will work with tires, wheels, TPMS, batteries, and related equipment, ensuring safety and quality in every service call. Responsibilities include installing, balancing, rotating tires, performing offsite road service, and promoting the Best Tire Value Promise to customers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent heavy lifting between 35-75 pounds.
• Ability to bend, twist, kneel, squat, reach, walk and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels; repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach, rebalance wheels; install/relearn calibrate TPMS.
• Wash tires and wheels; test batteries and equipment.
• Drive service vehicle for offsite and emergency road calls.

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services. Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Experience:

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Pay and Benefits:

$16.50 - $26.45
