Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate in Bend, OR for tire installation, maintenance, and sales. The role emphasizes customer service and adherence to company policies and the Code of Conduct.

You will perform tire and wheel installation and maintenance, TPMS calibration, battery testing, and operate service vehicles for offsite work, all while upholding the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
