Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring for a Sales & Service role focusing on tire installation, maintenance, and sales. You will work directly with customers to ensure quality service and promote our value promise across store operations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 35-75 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to bend, twist, kneel, squat, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Install/rebuild and calibrate TPMS.
• Balance wheels and test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
• Use the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• attaching and rebalancing wheels
• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• washing tires and wheels
• testing and installing batteries
• using and maintenance of equipment
• assisting other employees
• test driving vehicles
• operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services. Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales
• uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Experience:

Les Schwab offers opportunities for a variety of skills, with on-the job training.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment
• frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds
• frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing
