Les Schwab Tire Centers in Bend, Oregon is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will provide excellent customer service, perform tire and wheel installations, repairs, rotations and TPMS work in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers full-time hours with benefits and opportunities for overtime; a valid driver's license and strong customer service skills are required. Training is provided on the job as part of a supportive team.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
