Les Schwab Tire Centers in Richland, WA is seeking a Sales & Service Technician responsible for tire installation, maintenance, and sales while delivering exceptional customer service in accordance with company policies.

You'll perform tire mounting, balancing, TPMS calibration, battery testing, and offsite/roadside service as needed, with on‑the‑job training and opportunities for advancement within a strong employee benefits program.

Qualifications

• Valid driver license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
